Library Card Application

In order to complete an online library card application, you must include a scan or photo of your driver’s license. Once approved, your card will be mailed to the address listed on your ID.
NOTE: If your updated address is on the back of your card, please include a scan of that as well.

If you are unable to provide a scan/photo of your ID, please visit the Library to renew or receive a new library card.

You must include a scan/photo of your driver's license to use this online application. If you are a student, you must include a guardian's driver's license as well as your Brighton area school student ID.
Will this Card be for an Adult or a Child?*
You must be 18 years of age to obtain a Library Card without a guardian sponsor. If you are under the age of 18, your guardian needs to provide a copy of his/her driver’s license and agree to financial responsibility of the Library account.
